This newly renovated, where rustic meets luxury secluded retreat property is one-of-a-kind located above the other cabins giving you 360-degree views of the mountains. The property encompasses a custom-built treehouse, observation deck, outdoor fireplace, and outdoor kitchen. This cabin sits on nearly 4 acres and consists of 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The game room, media room, poker area, hot tub, basketball hoop, and multiple decks make this cabin fun and attractive for all age groups!

* Events and weddings are allowed with a $1900 Additional Fee. Included are 60 chairs, 6 event tables, use of ceremony deck, arch, and use of grounds for a large party. Event Insurance is required for all parties, about $250, we will guide you through the very simple process.*

Leconte, offer the ultimate mountain retreat. Wildlife sightings, including turkeys and birds, are common from any of the decks.

Get Married in the Mountains

WEDDING FAQ’s

We are happy to answer your questions about hosting your wedding on our property and here is information that covers many of the questions we have experienced.
1. Cielito Lindo is limited to a maximum of 60 attendees for an event.
2. Our wedding fee is $1900, which includes 60 chairs, six 6-foot tables, use of ceremony deck and fixed arch, and use of grounds for a party
3. We require a third-party insurance that is offered at “cover my events” and has two options of coverage. The insurance is above the fee with two options between $200-$350. Go to: http://www.covermyevents.com
4. We have tables and chairs for your use. We provide them for you to set up where you like and also to take down. Using the tables and deck area is just fine and whether you use a DJ or Caterer is your decision and does not affect the wedding fee. We do not provide additional toiletries, amenities, or household supplies for guests of the wedding party - these are limited to the maximum head count staying in the house.
5. Allowances are made for catered receptions, licensed bartenders, DJs for music and dancing, and many other items that come with a wedding.
6. The arbor is in place for all weddings so you would be most welcome to use it for your ceremony; you may not take it down.
7. Cielito is about 5 miles SW off the parkway in Pigeon Forge just off Wears Valley Rd.
8. We do have a cabin 3 doors down from Cielito called Sunrise and will sleep about 14, with equal views and additional parking. We also have Smoky’s Poolside Retreat - which is a larger cabin 6/6 in the same subdivision with an indoor pool, theater, and game room. This could be much more cost-effective than a motel/lodge.
