Welcome to Aaron Branch Estate, a luxurious 22-acre retreat accommodating up to 34 guests, just 15 minutes from downtown Sevierville. Fully renovated in 2023, this 8,500 sq. ft. plantation-style mansion offers 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and complete wrap-around porches, making it the perfect setting for gatherings, weddings, or corporate retreats.

Designed for comfort and enjoyment, the estate features a game room, private movie theater, and a dedicated workspace. Step outside to discover a full outdoor kitchen, a cozy bonfire area, a spacious gazebo, and a relaxing hot tub. A brand-new indoor heated pool was added in December 2023 and is available for $150 per day, invoiced separately.

Aaron Branch Estate is an ideal venue for special occasions. Host up to 110 guests with event packages starting at $1,500, which includes chairs, tables, and an arch. Events with over 65 guests require a coordinator to ensure a seamless experience.

This pet-friendly estate allows up to two pets with a $500 cleaning fee. With parking for up to 25 vehicles, guests will have ample space. Conveniently located near top attractions, the estate offers both privacy and accessibility.
