It's about 7,500 Sq. Ft., on 2 levels with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. This mansion is an entertainer's dream, with a huge game room, a movie theater, and workspace desks in 3 bedrooms. This property can be used as a wedding venue; however, there will never be a wedding when a guest has booked the house. When you book the house, you book the whole property! Enjoy the outdoors with this estate's outdoor grill and bonfire area, and relax in the brand-new hot tub and porches to take in all the scenic views. Utmost privacy with only a 20-minute drive to downtown Sevierville and 15 min to the best of Pigeon Forge.


The outdoor areas include large wrap-around porches, a hot tub, and access to the beautiful 5-acre estate with beautiful, colorful gardens. Other facilities on the property include a chapel, a big red event barn with a stage, tables, and chairs, and a smaller gathering room for more intimate parties or meetings.
