The BIG McDaddy hosts up to 34 people on this sprawling 22-acre property. This spectacular mansion was fully renovated in 2022. It’s well located, just 15 minutes from downtown Sevierville, as well as all the major Parkway attractions, the Tanger Outlets, and 20-25 minutes to Dollywood and Gatlinburg.

This beautiful plantation-style mansion with complete wrap-around porches large enough for family gatherings, sports team travel, weddings, or corporate events. It’s about 8,500 Sq. Ft., on 4 levels with 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. This mansion is an entertainer’s dream, with televisions throughout the house, a huge game room, a movie theater, and a dedicated workspace for all your needs. Enjoy the outdoors with our full outdoor kitchen, bonfire area, and large gazebo to host guests, or relax in the hot tub on our full wrap-around porches to take in all the scenic views. The Big McDaddy gets its name from all the amenities it has to offer, all while providing the utmost privacy with only a 15 minute drive to downtown Sevierville. Once you arrive at the Big McDaddy, you won’t want to leave, nor find a need to!
